VisionShe is a community that brings together all the incredible women within the Debbane Agri framework, empowering them and providing a safe inclusive space to foster growth and development. Yet, this community will not only be limited to our internal audience but will also expand to embrace every woman who would like to be part of our journey, to participate and benefit from the community’s support, growth opportunities, and development programs.

Prioritizing women’s representation and leadership in business and setting concrete targets to achieve gender balance promises more than only financial returns as it allows better performance on environmental, social and governance indicators. At Debbaneh Agri, VisionShe is a stepping stone to put in motion concrete actions to respond to the challenges women face in business.

According to international statistics lead by the United Nations Global Compact, it could take 300 years to achieve full gender equality in the world if we continue with the current rate of progress. Not a single country in the world has achieved Gender Equality – we are here to serve our company but also the community we live in.

VisionShe is here to shift this perspective and show the real potential and contribution of women within the agriculture community and all related fields.
